In the year of 2017, Pastor Joe and Lady Jeri Wheelous was granted a dream and vision from the Lord stating,

"THERE IS MORE." Upon hearing the voice of the Lord, he heard the name, "Bright Light Ministry."

In Obedience, Pastor Joe Began to step out on faith. As Pastor and Lady Jeri moved forward, they began reaching out to family and friends to support the vision. 

​

Bright Light became an organized ministry and held their first worship service on the 4th Sunday, August 27, 2017 at Thorton Chapel, located at 3346 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Atlanta, GA. For the first 3 years, we served the community until the start of he pandemic.

​

For the next 2 years Bright Light continued to grow by the way of "Teaching Tuesday" bible study, along with "Just Because" Prayer on Thursday's conference line and Facebook live. 

 

In the year 2021, the Lord moved and opened another door for Bright Light. August 1, 2021 Bright Light began to have Sunday morning worship at Lindley 6th Grade Academy school in Mableton, GA. 

 

Bright Light continues to reach out to lost souls in a dark world as a Bright Light of hope through the power of salvation, healing, and deliverance!

As we moved forward, stay Connected, Committed and Consecrated to the Light of the World.

We are blessed and highly favored because God Is Able!
